Spacing out on the rocks...

I finally unpacked the camera bag and took a few shots out on the rocks- between the week of cold weather and always with baby-in-arm I haven't been shooting as much as I like to... I am also working off a tiny lap-top with weird color screen so processing the photos is no fun. Complain, complain. Luxury problems, I know... :)

Bye!

Yeah! Tomorrow is finally, almost here.

Off to Maine for a month to see family and friends. No internet, long distance or TV at the house but plenty of seals barking, loons calling and cocktails on the porch -I know, I must have been a Mother Teresa in my past life. Trust me -this gal knows she is blessed. :)

I'll be posting on and off when I do access that fancy thing called the world-wide-web, so stay tuned...

Ceremony

Getting Ready

Here we have our lovely bride... Totally unconventional gal, getting married in a cool vintage dress- blue and silver.

It's all about the details...

They had several kinds of music at the ceremony, all played by family and friends...

The reception was at the Bancroft Hotel, and the room has floor to ceiling bookshelves on two sides of the room. Of course I had to find titles that fit the occasion...

A wonderful touch~ they brought in photos of loved ones who have passed, -a way to be there in spirit...

I loved this- All the centerpieces were different cool vintage planters and the table names were various mushrooms:

Berkeley Wedding

Last Saturday afternoon I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful wedding, held on the Berkeley Campus.

She's an English professor, he's a vet. Don't you just love that combination?

I'm just going through them now, so more to post in the next couple days...

Shoot

Here are more from last week's shoot! Such a fun family- Dad was a hoot, their little boy was so sweet and the mom and I did some good shop-talking. (We found out our babies are a few days apart and could commiserate on all the ins and outs of this stage...)
